At Don't Let It Pop, we take great pride in creating beautiful balloon installations and event décor. To help your balloons and backdrops look their best throughout your event, please read the following important care and safety information.

Balloons are extremely sensitive to heat and direct sunlight.

• Heat causes the air or helium inside balloons to expand, which can cause balloons to pop.
• Direct sunlight may also cause balloons to oxidize, giving them a dull or cloudy appearance.
• High temperatures and rough surfaces can shorten the lifespan of your balloon décor.
• Whenever possible, keep balloon installations in shaded or indoor areas.

Please note that Don't Let It Pop is not responsible for balloons that pop due to heat, direct sunlight, weather conditions, or environmental factors after installation is complete.

Cold temperatures affect balloons differently.

• Balloons may temporarily shrink when exposed to cold temperatures.
• As they warm back up, they will usually return to their normal size.
• Extreme temperature changes can weaken balloons and may cause them to pop once they warm up.

This is a normal characteristic of latex and foil balloons and is not considered a product defect.

For your safety, please do not move, reposition, climb on, or lean against any backdrops, arches, props, stands, or other décor after they have been professionally installed.

Our backdrops and props are professionally secured and can be very heavy. Moving them may cause them to become unstable, resulting in property damage or serious injury.

For everyone's safety:

• Children should always be supervised around event décor.
• Adults should also avoid touching, moving, or leaning on installations.
• Do not allow anyone to climb, hang from, or play on the décor.

If you need anything adjusted during your event, please contact Don't Let It Pop rather than attempting to move the installation yourself.

Don't Let It Pop is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from customers or guests moving, climbing on, or tampering with any installed décor.

Once your balloon installation has been completed and accepted, responsibility for its care transfers to the client.

Don't Let It Pop is not responsible for popped balloons, damage, or changes to the installation after we have left the event site. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Heat or direct sunlight
• Wind
• Rain
• Guests handling the balloons or décor
• Children playing with the installation
• Accidental damage
• Venue staff moving or disturbing the décor
